IPv6 Transfers are Not Supported

The NIR API currently does not support the transfer of IPv6 resources under policy.

IPv6 resources may still be transferred as M&A transfers or similar by sending a transfer request with "transferUnderIpv4AndAsnTransferPolicy": false. This will not be a publicy recognised transfer and will not be published in the public transfer log.
