Existing subaccount

Creating multiple subaccounts for a single company potentially undermines APNIC’s resource delegation policies. In an effort to avoid duplicate subaccounts we request that subaccount creation requests nominate a value that uniquely identifies the company that the subaccount is being created for. If the API observes a companyId value that has already been used it will reject the request and respond with the subaccount that was already created for that value.
